Sri Safdar Ali Naiyar
J.O. Code JH00647. Born on 04.02.1985 at Mahagama, Godda, Jharkhand. After schooling mainly from Government School and did LLB from TMBU Bhagalpur in the year 2007 and on getting enrolled with the bar council of Jharkhand practiced in Bar Association Godda. During LLM, also, qualified U.G.C. NET (Law) in June 2014 and U.G.C. JRF (Law) in December 2014. Joined Jharkhand Judicial Services in the year 2015 and got first posting as Judicial Magistrate at Daltonganj, District Palamu on 01.09.2016 thereafter assumed the charge of Civil Judge (Jr. Division)-cum-Judicial Magistrate-cum-judge-in-charge on 23.09.2017 at Daltonganj. On transfer assumed the charge on 15-09-2021 as Civil Judge(Jr.Div.) Dhanbad and on being promoted as Senior Civil Judge in April 2022 remained posted at Dhanbad as Civil Judge Senior Division.
