Born on 15/04/1972 at Bhagalpur, Bihar. Did Matriculation from Sir G. D. Patliputra High School, patna. Passed Intermediate from Patna College, Patna University. Actively participated in drama and cultural programs at Patna including All India Radio. Became winner of two times state drama competition of Bihar and performed a number of stage plays at Patna. After Completing Graduation (Economics Hons) from T. M. Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur, did my LL.B from Delhi University. Studied Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management And Industrial Relations from Bharti Vidya Bhawan, New Delhi. Practiced as an advocate in Delhi High court and Tis Hazari courts under the able guidance of Sri M. L. Sharma, Senior Advocate, Delhi High Court. Dealt with Service , company, matrimonial, rent, Negotiable Instruments and other civil matters during the period of my practice at Delhi. Just Upon completing the required three years of Practice, Joined the Jharkhand Judicial service on 31/05/2002.
