    I started primary education (class 1to 5) from Hira lal Ram Niwas Shishu Vidhyalaya Khalilabad Distt Basti (now Distt. Sant Kabir Nagar).U.P

    I passed High school in 1983, Intermediate in 1985 from Marwar Inter college Gorakhpur UP.

    Further in 1988 I did B.Sc (PCM) from St. Andrews College Gorakhpur UP. Further i did LL.B from Gorakhpur University Gorakhpur. (Now DDU) in year

    1991.1 enrolled as Advocate in UP BAR Council Allahabad (Now prayagraj) in year 1994. I started practice in civil side at civil court, Gorakhpur. (UP) Under the supervision of senior counsel late Pyare Mohan Sarkar who started Legal profession in year 1941before independence of our country. This sirista is in existence since very past & now 3rd &4th generation is in effective civil practice.I

    continued civil practice till joining Jharkhand judicial service on Dt- 1-6-2002
